With a short week this week, we will be trying to get as much done as possible in terms of learning the keyboard. Trying to accomplish any of the formatting activities or getting into depth with Logo will not be in our best interest. Also, there is no vocab list for this week!
For today, we will start with reviewing the new keys we learned last week. We will be typing on p. 18, 8D, lines 1-9 once. When we get done with that we will begin learning the numbers across the top of the keyboard, starting with the 8 (right middle finger) and the 1 (left little finger).
We also will complete a timed writing for a grade. This is a speed test, and this time the number of mistakes you make will affect how you do!
This is the last week of the first quarter. If you have missing assignments at the end of school on Friday they will turn into a zero. My suggestion is that you come in and get any missing work completed as soon as possible!
